Chatham, ON’s very own Bayco Ovens—part of Guspro Inc.—made a strong impression at the EASA 2025 Convention & Solutions Expo in Nashville, TN, held July 19–22. As proud EASA associate members since 1997, Bayco showcased their cutting-edge heat-cleaning and curing oven solutions in Booth #317 at the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center.
EASA drew around 2,300 electromechanical professionals from over 42 countries—including plant engineers, service center leaders, and motor rewind experts—making it a prime platform for Bayco’s specialized solutions.
Bayco highlighted their lineup of oven solutions, including:
Burnoff (Heat‑Cleaning) Ovens: Designed to efficiently strip paint, varnish, oil, and plastics from metal parts. These minimal-emission ovens left behind easily disposable ash—perfect for industries like motor rewinding, automotive remanufacturing, plastics, and powder-coating.
Curing Ovens: Ideal as industrial dryers, curing ovens supported flawless finishes for coatings and adhesives.
Armature Ovens: Engineered for flange-safe winding treatments, removing coatings without damaging the commutator.
They also shared information about their custom-engineered ovens, built at their Chatham facility and compliant with both EPA (USA) and MOE (Canada) emission regulations.
Bayco Ovens’ presence at EASA 2025 was a key moment for businesses focused on remanufacturing, powder‑coating, motor rewinding, or coating processes. With over 80 years of deep industry know-how, the team connected with countless professionals to explore solutions that boost efficiency and improve quality.
Bayco was proud to be part of EASA 2025—helping ignite the next generation of oven solutions!
